it seems to me that every time one gets a little too carried away with one’s own big jolly moment that the Big Whatever has to take her velvet gloved brick and hit one in the back of the head, just to wipe the smile off one’s self satisfied face.
Transalation : yes I got the marking finished early, but now I am sick and that makes it hard to complete the cross marking and recording. Long days. One more day to go.

I am so sorry you are not feeling well. I find that discouraging when one finally has time to get something done and then sickness hits!! I hope you recover speedily!
It is my stupid diverticulitis – always hits at most inconvenient times. Have to learn to live with it.
